Extremely rare Longines “Big Indian” first series Ref. 6111-1 from 1950’s, anti-magnetic military wristwatch, 44mm stainless steel case, screw back with engraved broad arrow and military issue, original crown, manual winding movement caliber 15.68 N gilt-finished with engraved broad arrow, 17 jewels, anti-magnetic core and metal anti-magnetic cover, black radium dial, lominous broad arrow, luminous Arabic numerals, inner red Arabic 24 hour display, luminous hands and sweep centre seconds with red arrow tip, large circular water-resistant type case, stepped bezel, large downturned lugs, fixed bar lugs, plastic crystal. Vintage nato strap. This amazing watch is in such condition that it would deserve to be exposed in a museum, as it is perfect and original in any of its part, and it has no defect despite being manufactured in 1950 as stated in extract from the archives Longines.
